Upchain Programming Forum or support?

Where can we get Upchain API technical support? We usually used the website https://help.upchain.com/hc/en-us/requests/ to submit tickets, but it's not available anymore.

To access support please choose this option once you are logged into UpChain:

You will be transferred to Welcome to Upchain Help and there under the Support section, you can find How to contact support and Access legacy support tickets. 

If you chose Access legacy support tickets please note that at the top and bottom of every ticket you open there will be a message which is giving you more information.
