Currently, the "Task" user primitive only has one option for "task type", and that is "generic task." That does not convey any meaningful information to the assignee about what they are being asked to do, and it doesn't make much sense to have a drop down menu with only one option available. Instead, administrators should be able to configure their own task types for user primitives such as "review pending item", "document review", "new requirement", etc. That would provide useful information to the assignee when they receive their notification.
