The latest PTC Creo version that is currently supported by Upchain is version 8, but version 11 is already available and there will be a release of version 12 this year. In order to be able to use the latest program features from PTC Creo, an upgrade of the compatibility in Upchain would have to take place. In addition, the older versions of Creo are slowly falling out of support at PTC. As of now, support for version 8 will be discontinued this year or next year.
To avoid problems and to be technically up to date again, please include version 12 of PTC Creo in Upchain. This would give us a few more years of support and the latest features would be available.
