Resubmitting a task on GPS VIAR REST API only updates one vault instead of updating all vaults for the given file version.
API call should have the ability to update multiple end points (vaults)
Use Case: GPS task runs but for some reason it did not create the translation ok. Easiest way to repair the translation is to re-run the task from GPS, which re-creates the translation and places the new one in the vault. The problem we encountered was that it only placed the updated file in the 1 vault, but if the file was already replicated then 2 different files could exist in different vaults. This causes alot of confusion and quality issues.
