Remove restriction on having multiple Manufacturers with same ERP#
We have a use case where we would like to add a new manufacturer or change an existing Manufacturer's ERP number to match the ERP number of an already existing Manufacturer in Upchain. This is currently blocked in Upchain. We would like you to remove this restriction.
