Notify user while downloading files from a different vault

Currently, if a user is downloading a project/file from a different vault, the plug-in does not notify the user that the files are downloading from a different vault. The user should be notified as transferring/ downloading from different vaults is taking longer download time, which leads them towards suspecting the performance of upchain.

Suggestion:- add a notification before the download or during the download.
