Move project "Archive" and "Close" buttons away from the front page
Move project "Archive" and "Close" buttons away from the front page to the project settings.
It is confusing and almost risky to have the "Archive" and "Close" buttons over the item details tab as one may be lead to believe one is closing the tab or archiving the item rather than the full project.
All other projects administration is done on the project administration page, so it seems strange that closing and archiving happens from a completely different location.
