More information required on WebApp Main Dashboard

[sa_george]

Here are few features that would benefit users if it were added to the main dashboard of the webapp:

1. Locked Objects
This was available in the thick client's dashboard page and was a convenient way for users to view locked items and cancel Edit or Checkout locks. Right now, it is buried within Project's Design dashboard which is very hard to access and also doesnt list all the locked items.
2. My Recently Created Objects
This will be similar to what is available in thick client. Just a list of items that were created recently by User.
