Increase Tenant Admin abilities/permissions

I would like to see the abilities and permissions of tenant admins increased such that they can complete more of the tasks that currently have to be performed by Autodesk support in order to make a change or fix an error/issue.  Things like manually changing the status of an item, altering picklists, etc.  Basically enable anything that a tenant admin COULD be enabled to do such that they aren't waiting on support for things that they otherwise wouldn't need to.

I'm presently investigating the expanded capabilities of the Tenant Admin in Upchain that could reduce the need for support from Autodesk. For instance, it is now feasible for a Tenant Admin to remove an Item version (Help).


In addition to:

  • Adjusting the status of an item manually
  • Modifying picklists

Could you elaborate on what a Tenant Admin should possess, aside from the two mentioned, to minimise the reliance on Autodesk support for changes?
