Ghost eBOM/BOM edit locks

Some items end up having ghost ebom and BOM edit locks that users cannot remove the lock. Does not show up for users plugin locked objects or webapp locked objects. Users need assistance from Upchain admins to remove the locks. This is annoying when users have items to release in fast paced environment.

So far Upchain support team was not able to reproduce the issue and requested to create enhancement request to increase the logging to find out how these locks get on items in first place.

Note that locks are not raised by crashed application or by user intentionally. Item history shows edit lock changed from PBlockXXXXXXXX to NULL. Yet item shows lock.

We are constantly improving functionalities and stability of the Upchain product, and recently we have rolled out that you are able, as a TA, to clear this kind of anomaly locks that you have mentioned.

This capability will give you a means to resolve this kind of anomaly faster without the need for Autodesk support.
