Add CN Number When Item is Active in Another CN

Currently when an item is added to a CN that is also selected in another active CN it features a blue lock with the notice "This item is already selected in another CN": 

Please include the CN # the item is being locked by and provide a link to the CN so users can easily find where/who else is ordering the item.
