A lot of new users check-in their CAD files without create item. The workflow to correct this is complex for nothing. During the first check in, it could be very useful that the CAD plug-in have a pop-up box that show "No items created, Would you like to create item during check-in".
it´s interesting, as when i choose item type in the list, add a check box to create item, because, not always need create a item associate to a CAD File
