Exclude Items and Files from the GPS Conversion to STEP or other formate

Create a conversion rules tabel that the Admin could configure per Tenant for the GPS Conversion.

the Rules should enable the Admin to set the following rules.

• Item Type. 
• File type.
• Attribute Values in Categories of the item.
• Item Status.

this rule would regulate what parts are converted to another Format.

example " if an Assembly is released per Workflow then only the released Item Parts with specific Attribute Values  and not assemblies or subassemblies are converted to STEP"

this would reduce the load on the GPS and reduce the errors caused by large assemblies that sometimes cause the conversion to fail.

the System Primitive in the Workflow should have additional Conditions for the Conversion.

this condition are Workflow specific and not tenant wide.

Very useful idea! STEP creation of big assemblies is currently a useless waste of time and cause of issues.

If we are going save time because of it. It absolutely make sense! Because we hardly need Step files of big assemblies.
