Currently if user tries to check-in an item with suppressed/speedpacked items that are also checked out by user, user gets a message "cannot check-in because there are files that are suppressed and checked out".
We request that the mechanism should be changed to allow check in rest of the assembly but keep the suppressed/speedpacked items remain checked out and the user notified that the children item that are suppress/speedpacked will not be checked in.
