Add the "MINOR / MAJOR" revision Type decision to the CAD plugin

CAD user would like to set everything up in the CAD Plugin.

it would be very helpful to add the possibility to set the revision Type "MINOR / MAJOR" decision in the CAD plugin.

this is already exposed in the item view in the WebApp.

so it should be a small thing to expose it in the CAD Plugin.

Consider adding the option to set "MINOR/MAJOR" revision types in the CAD plugin to enhance user convenience, as it's already available in the WebApp. This alignment would streamline the workflow.
