Every time a user reports a bug with Upchain, the first thing support wants is to see the log files from a particular day or time period. Veteran users can go in and collect the logs themselves, but less savvy users need IT to remote in and collect the files for them. In either case, this is wasting time and delaying the solve for the support team.
A button in the add-in, potentially under the settings gear menu, to automatically collect logs from a time period and spit out a zip file the user can forward on to Upchain could speed up this process and ensure the user doesn't miss or accidentally modify the log files during their manual collection. This would be a simple automation to significantly smooth out this part of issue resolution.
