Hello,

I have download the installing file. The missing files message appeared. I have therefore desactivated the blocking pop-up. However, when I try to open the installing file, the message appears again. How should I proceed ?

I use Microsoft Edge browser.

Hello Marine BOUA, to proceed with downloading, you need to add www.autodesk.com to your site permissions under the pop-ups and the "allow" section. Then, you can re-download the files. I hope this works for you too.
