I downloaded the free AutoCad trial, which once i got installed I logged in.  It is now prompting me to visit the Autocad website to start the trial.

It then wants me to download it again.

I have already downloaded it.  I need to activate it but I can't see any information on this can anyone help?

Hi @thedodsay,

Can you try downloading AutoCAD again from the trial page? You don't need to reinstall; I just want to ensure the trial has been added to your account.

If that still doesn't work, please can you check https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/trials.

You should see AutoCAD listed as an active trial.

Failing all of the above, please share any screenshots, and I'll escalate to support to get you up and running.
