Cannot update personal information

Hello,

I have a problem (maybe simple) with my personal account. I can't update any personal information here.

When I add it and click submit, the system responds "something went wrong". I've tried days but the result remains similar as shown in figure below. Please inform me if you have any idea about this.

I'll join in. The profile setup behaves quite laggy in general. Sometimes I can't get into the editor at all.
