In Tandem, Revit Rooms show up as 3D objects that seem to always be visible and easy to click on making navigation difficult and obscuring the views while walking through a model. How do we turn off or not load Rooms in 3D?
Also all Rooms appear to load in a project even if the Rooms are in a non-primary Design Option. Only primary Design Option Rooms should load, or have the ability to choose what loads.

Hi Adam,
Thanks for the post! I’ve chatted with the product team, and currently, there is no way to have rooms/spaces not load into Tandem. However, you can save a default view for your facility where the rooms are hidden. To do this, select all the Revit categories and then uncheck “rooms” and make sure all the spaces are unchecked in the filters tab of your facility. If you want, you can take it a step further by clicking the gear at the top of the filter panel to edit the filters and remove “Spaces” from view. Once you have done that, you can save the view. For more detailed instructions on how to do this, see Working with Saved Views.
Thanks for the feedback on this feature, and let us know if this solution worked for you.
Thank you for the response. I actually tried that before, but it doesn't turn them off. When you uncheck the Rooms Category the rooms do not hide, it makes them appear white....
Is there another setting that has to be adjusted to make unchecked objects completely disappear?
Also did the product team review the issue of non-primary Design Option rooms loading in?
Found the Ghost Hidden Objects setting! Turned off now.
Your original answer also mentioned clicking the Edit Filters and deleting the Spaces Property. How does that work? I don't think that does anything. The Rooms objects are not associated with Spaces, but that's a different question that's already being discussed on the forum.
