The saved view appears in the Views list. A Saved View remembers the filters, asset color coding, and perspective in the viewer. When there is a long list of Saved Views in a facility and users are having trouble finding the view they need, you can toggle the list alphabetically or search the view by name in the search bar.

To save a view:

    1. Open your facility.
    2. Locate and open the Filters tab in the left side menu.
    3. Select the necessary filters in the filters panel.
    4. In the viewer, navigate to the desired perspective of your facility.
    5. Open the Views list by clicking the ribbon icon in the top right corner of the screen, and click Save View As...
    6. Designate a name, click Save.
    7. The saved view appears in the Views list.

*To reset your filters, navigate to the top-right corning of the filter panel and click the back arrow.

      To update an existing view.

    8. Select the saved view.
    9. Repeat steps two through four in Save a View above.
    10. Click Save View under the Views List.

To save a new view when an existing one is selected.

    11. Repeat steps two through four in Save a View above.
    12. Open the Views list.
    13. Click the dropdown next to Save view, and click + Save View As.
    14. Designate a name, click Save.

Hi Jessica,

I am working on something on Autodesk Tandem, the file is directly from BIM360. I want to save the view and keep the filters setting as it is. I followed your steps but find out it can not be saved. See below.

It would be extremely useful (ie. essential) to be able to create folders in the saved view list.  One big-ol-list of views is not appropriate for a large facility with various different kinds of views and users that need to be directed to a subset of views.

Hi @colin_cobb_fcbstudios_com,

Grouping views into folders, is currently supported. At the 2min mark on this video, that workflow is shown. Let me know if you have any additional questions after watching the video.
