The saved view appears in the Views list. A Saved View remembers the filters, asset color coding, and perspective in the viewer. When there is a long list of Saved Views in a facility and users are having trouble finding the view they need, you can toggle the list alphabetically or search the view by name in the search bar.
To save a view:
- Open your facility.
- Locate and open the Filters tab in the left side menu.
- Select the necessary filters in the filters panel.
- In the viewer, navigate to the desired perspective of your facility.
- Open the Views list by clicking the ribbon icon in the top right corner of the screen, and click Save View As...
- Designate a name, click Save.
- The saved view appears in the Views list.
*To reset your filters, navigate to the top-right corning of the filter panel and click the back arrow.
To update an existing view. - Select the saved view.
- Repeat steps two through four in Save a View above.
- Click Save View under the Views List.
To save a new view when an existing one is selected. - Repeat steps two through four in Save a View above.
- Open the Views list.
- Click the dropdown next to Save view, and click + Save View As.
- Designate a name, click Save.
