Can not see heatmap

Hi All, i got a problem "this parameter is not configured for spatial heatmaps", i m using an Manual API. anyone could help why this message is appear ?

Hi semDZVNZ,

 

Can you confirm if the asset host that you assigned the stream parameter connection to, is assigned to a room under "Relationships"?

Hi Geoff... thanks for your fast response. we are not setting a room for the asset. because we are trying to implement it in outdoor for solar panel power. we set a block of panel as 1 asset without a room. 

 

Do we must set a room for it?

Hi semDZVNZ,

 

In order for heat maps to work when configured for spatial, the connection needs to have an association with either a room or a space. The other option is to assign the assets to a "System" and configure the heatmap to apply for systems. If your solar panels are part of a "power" system for example, you could potentially utilize this method instead.
