I'll break the ice and start this off,
For me, my homemade comfort food of choice is either prawn stir fry or spaghetti Bolognese. The stir fry is great as it's super easy and quick and the Bolognese keeps well in the freezer, so great for those days when I'm under the weather.

Very cool and tasty topic!
Well, here in São-Paulo/ Brazil I like the traditional rice, beans and meat with salad. This is a traditional option. The lasagna is also very good!
