Hello friends!

@leowarren34 - @LeoWarren-SGH believe you can help me to solve this last minute problem!

A few minutes ago my academic license was compromised with the expiration period.

I have already submitted the teacher ID of my educational institution and I believe there will not be enough time for it to be approved.

Because tomorrow I have to teach a mentorship for a challenge proposed by SENAI-DF here in Brazil you can view the event website here - http://www.portaldaindustria.com.br/senai/canais/grand-prix-de-inovacao/#programacao

I have a few hours to adjust the material for my presentation using Fusion 360 and its tools for students participating in the Online Challenge.

Please I would like someone to help me to solve this last minute problem!

Hi @lucasliraAU,

If you went through SheerID it's usually instant to 20 mins. If your ID ticks all of the boxes of having your name, name of the institution and expiry date then it should get approved quickly. If it gets rejected then it can take longer to come back but I've had it back within an hour.

Plan B would be to try getting a trial license of Fusion 360 which should cover you for the time you need.

For future reference, you can renew your Edu access up to 30 days before it expires so you don't have to let your license lapse.

I'll also reach out to the team to see if they can do anything.

For me too, it's the same case. As soon as I apply for the License, whithin a few minutes, it gets approved...

I arrived late, @leowarren34 and @amanda.k do not play on duty but I want to register that after the Virtual Assistant, this was practically automatic, in some cases it was taking up to 14 days to release.
