Why do I have to login every time I open the app even with "stay logged in"

I have to log in every time I open the app and get a code sent to my phone. That makes a simple 3 second process take a couple minutes. A lot of the time I'm out and about and my tablet isn't connected to the internet so I can't even use the app in the times I want to. The "stay logged in" check box should actually keep you logged in!

I will need to know the following:

Android via Settings > About Device
1. Model Number
2. Android Version

Android: SketchBook Version via Settings > Applicaition Manager > SketchBook

iOS
1. Model Number (back of device)
2. iOS Version via System Preferences > General > About

iOS: SketchBook Version via System Preferences > SketchBook (Scroll down)

Dell Latitude 5285

Windows 10 64-bit Up to date.

I'd like to know why this issue keeps rearing its ugly head.  It doesn't happen all the time but I'd say once out of every five or six times it asks me too.

Try the desktop version of SketchBook.

www.sketchbook.com/thankyou

This version of SketchBook has more features but does not have a pen mode.  You an on the fly, turn on/off touch on the fly via Windows (no need to restart your computer).

I am running the desktop version of sketchbook.  I've never had the issue with my phone(note8) or tablet(note10.1).  Just started having the issue with the windows version.  The Android version seems to be good.  I'll try toggling the pen.  Thanks.

The desktop version of SketchBook (www.sketchbook.com) should stay logged in.  Just disable the touch....

So when I set my windows tablet up I went to the Microsoft app store and grabbed the "app" from there.  I guess that was a huge mistake.  It gave me a tablet version of sketchbook not the full desktop version.  I think this will solve my problems.

I have been using Autodesk Sketchbook for desktop on my Surface book 2, through the Windows store, and this happens to me constantly. I have recently upgraded from the stock sketch program on SB2, to this and I am so far very happy with the increased toolbox Sketchbook has.

I can however never use the Sketchbook app without going through this tedious login process, and when I'm on the fly and just need to quikcly doodle down something, and this force me to connect through phone hotspot and input my credentials, makes this a complete dealbreaker for me.

It seems so silly that a seemingly well built application like this, should fall on such a simple coding error. It seems to be something with how the "stay logged in" credentials is stored or checked.

Autodesk! You really need to address this issue, as by judging this thread, this has been a recurring problem with your software for quite some time, and not addressing it meanwhile harrassing the bugreporting users with "try to download a different app", and "have you tried turning it off and on again" type solutions or such classic TechSupport verification BS, is just infuriating coming from a solid company such as yourself.

Please handle this..
