when i use eraser, app hangs in a few secs (ipad 8th)

when drawing and eraser is used, the app tends to hang around 5 secs or more.

below are the details of my unit and versions

- ipad 8th gen (14.4.2)

- apple pencil 1st gen

- sketchbook 5.1.7

any same scenario as mine?

been using this app since ipad 2 but this is the only time i encountered this bug.

Can you make sure 'predictive' stroke is not turned on?  It will slow things down a bit.

thanks for the reply, but either predictive strokes sets from 1 to 5, same results.

ill check again some other features, will keep you posted.

i think you are right on the predictive stroke is the cause.

but it doesn’t just lag, now sometimes it hangs. need to stop and open again.
