What is this???

Hi. I'm the user of Autodesk Sketchbook, and I'm really upset to write this mail. Two days ago, I drew my picture but now the only thing I can see is this. It says:"Sorry We can't open the image" in Korean. I tried to find my tiff files but it wasn't there too. What should I do?

Can you try to opening the files (.tiff) in the /Autodesk/SketchBook3 folder.

 

I would follow the steps noted in #9 here:
