Tools Menu Missing on tablet version

I've used Sketchbook for mobile (version 5.1.5) on my Galaxy A40 mobile phone for a while without any issue. I've recently purchased a Galaxy Tab A and was surprised to discover that the same version of Sketchbook lacks the tools that reside inside the tools menu on my phone, such as the selection tool, draw styles and gallery access.

This issue has been reported to the development team.  This is a know issue if you are using a certain language scripts.  

a.  Can you try changing language setting to English?

b.  What language are you using on the 'tablet' (not phone)?

The interface language on the tablet was Hebrew. Switching it to English
solved the issue. Thanks for your help!
