Still have problem when press "Alt"

Hi, I'm Leo from Taiwan

My sketchbook version is 8.7.1, and my OS is windows 10.
But still have a problem every time when I press "alt", no matter it is only "alt" or "alt+tab",
it will stucks in drawing mode and can't press or pick other function,
and the weirdest is I only can draw something via a graphics tablet in this situation.
The only solution is called the task manager then end the task of sketchbook.
I wonder if someone knows how to fix this problem?

The 'alt' key is for the eye dropper tool.  I would use the 'i' key for that option.  My thoughts is that you may have mapped the keyboard shortcut to something else.

a.  Reset to Default (SketchBook) via Edit > Preferences > Factory Defaults.

b.  Reset the Tablet Software.  See the Wacom section here:  http://help.autodesk.com/view/SKETPRO/ENU/?guid=SKETPRO_Help_sb_basics_wacom_stylus_issues_html

It could be a conflict or configuration setup with your tablet/tablet software.   At this time, we only support Wacom devices.  It will help to know what model of device you are running as well.
