It has been mentioned by other users already, but since Autodesk doesn`t react I post this bug too. I have been working on a sketch for a couple hours and now Sketchbook won`t save it. None of the saving option works, I always get the same message, telling me this file doesn`t exist. Obviously, Sketchbook confuses saving a file with opening a file!
BTW, I have been a paying user of Sketchbook with a subscription, but since SB is for free my subscription is gone and thus I am not entitled anymore of receiving support. I think this is bad manners by Autodesk.
Anyway, although SB is for free now, it would do good if Autodesk would maintain a properly functioning software. Or at least answer user`s complaints and problems.

1.Try to reset SketchBook to default. This can be done via: Settings > Apps > Autodesk SketchBook > Storage > Clare Data & Clear Cache. Test SketchBook.
2.Backup your Sketches AND delete the /Autodesk/SketchBook folder.
NOTE: You may need to delete the /Autodesk folder too.
On Android, it's pretty easy, just copy the files from /Autodesk/SketchBook3 and copy it to your desktop computer. You can use the desktop version of SketchBook to complete our work (www.sketchbook.com/thankyou)
To re-import the file, you need to do this:

See: How to import SketchBook files from an older version into the latest version SketchBook for Android
3.Uninstall SketchBook and reinstall SketchBook from Google Play.
I found out the reason eventually. With Windows 10 some new security functions are on board, of which I wasn't aware yet. If you encounter the "can't find file" message when you want to save a file the solution is to add the respective software/app in your PC's specs for secure folder.
how do I do that?
