Jagged lines problem in Windows 10.

I'm facing a quite frustrating problem here. Because I'm running out of ideas after numerous attempts to fix it.

I have a jagged line problem in all of the Sketchbook Pro apps (8.6 and Enterprise 2018) in windows 10 fall creators update (1803) and wacom tablet (22HD in my case, Driver is 6.3.30-6). The thing is it's only Sketchbook apps that behave that way. All of the other programs  (Krita, PaintTool SAI, ClipStudio Paint PRO) behave quite normally, which lead me to the conclusion that it's a Sketchbook problem and somehow struggles to reach to Windows services, because from what I'm seeing it treats any input as a mouse rather than a tablet (Picture in the attachment).

Yep! I know what you're thinking. Driver problem, but no! I updated and reverted back to several versions of the previous drivers (unplug, uninstall, reboot, install, reboot, plug). No dice! They worked quite well with Windows 7 machines, I don't know why they have to have problems with W10's.

Any ideas?

Go here:  https://www.wacom.com/en/support/product-support/drivers

Try the following drivers:

Driver 6.3.29-6

Driver 6.3.15-3

Driver 6.3.14-1 (Show Older Driver)

Let me know if a really old driver works).  I would only use the 'last known Windows 10 supported (6.3.14-1 )

@Anonymous Thank you kindly for the help, but the problem is already solved by enabling high DPI scaling in program's properties.

Steps are shown in the following attachment.

This tip was EXTREMELY helpful! I was concerned it was my new Cintiq Pro 24 that was causing the wavy lines in Sketchbook Pro. Most people posting the same issue have no idea about this fix!

I did the DPI fix as noted above on my Microsoft Surface running windows 10 but still have the jagged line problem.

Any other suggestions before I abandon SKETCHBOOK?

Hi,

Unfortunately, I do not. I followed the instructions and was able to get it to work with a Cintiq Pro Tablet. If you do abandon Sketchbook Pro, have you tried ProCreate?

Procreate is only iOS.  I am using MS Surface.  Are there any other fixes?
