Since my daughter updated her app, Sketchbook opens to a blank screen then disappears. She has a lot of work saved on it (that she did not back up) and is afraid to uninstall it. We looked at some of the reviews and it looks like others are having the same problem. Do you know how to fix this? Or is this an issue with the new update?
Your sketches should be saved in /Autodesk/SketchBook3. Look for any .tiff file and email it out.
See if you can open it on a desktop computer. You can try to use the free version of SketchBook noted here (mac/windows):
