Sketchbook Tools?

 So, I'm using Autodesk Sketchbook on Windows with my drawing tablet. The tools keep disappearing and won't pull up again? This is my first time using the app, so am I doing something wrong or is the app bugging somehow?

For Windows, I would start with the desktop version of SketchBook.

It can be downloaded here:

www.sketchbook.com/thankyou

You can then use this option:  Window > Default Layout

If this is not the issue, can you send me an screen capture of the issue?
