Sketchbook Pro won't open after updates

Sketchbook Pro will not open after updates on my Windows 10 PC. I click on the short cut icon on the desktop and a window pops up saying it is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. At the top of the pop up it says "Sketchbook.exe- Bad Image". Error status 0xc000012f. I have been using this particular download for at least a year now and never had a problem. I uninstalled Sketchbook, re- downloaded, and installed again. Same thing. I imagine it may have something to do with windows update?

It could be related to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package, check out the solution from this article
