Can't use the selection properly on Sketchbook 4 iOS and CSR ignores the Ticket

Since last major update (3.X to 4.X) on mobile it's impossible to do anything with selections; I can't move, transform nor do anything with selections since the options to confirm or delete the selection are not present anymore like in previous updates.
I've tried to reset the app as suggested on a Support Ticket I've sent; also double-checked this: https://www.sketchbook.com/help/knowledge-base/selection-tools/#making-a-selection-for-handheld-devi... to see if I was wrong in some way but I've tried several times this:
It's a rule that you people at Autodesk ignore tickets and situations like this one? :
Today it's another day without coherent answer; I've tried all the suggestions he gave on a single post; but nothing. I need to bring you guys to BBB or to write at Consumer Reports about this kind of Support for a paid set of options (Since selection and everything it's paid) or what should I do?
