Sketchbook menu glitch?

Hi there, does anyone knows how to fix this?asdasd.PNG

As you can see, the layer panel turned green out of nowhere, some menus act funny as well. reinstalling didn't work.

so, anyone know the sollution?

Can you try a default Windows Theme?  I see some of the UI in SketchBook is 'dark".
