Sketchbook for Windows 10 keeps opening in Chinese (Instead of English)

Have tried re-downloading several times but the issue still persists.

Others on this forum have had this issue resolved but I don't seem to be able to access the solution.

If a clean install does not work -

You will have to navigate through the menu as is -

>Edit (the second option at top) - there should be an E -

>Preferences (at the very bottom)

>Language will be obvious (as even though Chinese is the language in use English is used to refer to it)

So as to reduce the odds of it changing back --- be sure layers are listed in English ONLY 'Layer #'

If any layer is listed in Chinese it may eventually overwrite preferred setting.
