SOS!!! I have delected the whole album by mistake, all of my works these years was in the album. Instead of delecting sketches one by one, the delected works do not show up in the trash. Could anyone please tell me how to recover these data! QAQ (My Sketchbook version is 5.1.7.) @david.lau @Anonymous @Anonymous

See if the Album is still in the Trash folder.  That is the only spot that I can think of...

Thanks for your reply! @david.lau However, the delected Album isn't in the Trash folder... Does that mean there's no other ways to find my lost files? TAT

Sorry pal!
I don't use the IOS version because I don't own an IOS device.

I'm using the Windows 10 Desktop Version, which is different as this version does not have a gallery.

On the other hand, I might think of a possible solution IF and ONLY IF an IOS device Memory works the same way a Computer's does.

You might try to use a Recovery manager...

If I'm not mistaken, every file deleted from memory (in PC) is not really DELETED. The space get's assigned again, until something else fills that space. That's when the files are completely lost.

Imagine having a 1GB file. You trash it, and it doesn't appears anymore on your device, but it's still on your device hidden in memory. This is when you could possibly recover it using specialized software that looks for the hidden file to bring it up to surface... only if you still hadn't filled that 1GB space available as "free space"
Do you understand?
