Dear Autodesk Support team,
Thanks for providing the Autodesk Sketchbook 32bit version. However, I’m facing following issues:
The version number there was Sketchbook 8.5. Kindly look into it as it allowed me pro version by just logging in to my Autodesk account. But now since it has been taken off the Windows App Store (32-bit compatibility), I can’t reinstall it.
Please help in either of the above.

Sketchbook has been spun off. The new team is focused only on SketchBook and it's in great hands.
The original workaround was to use the older 32 bit version of SketchBook for ARM processors but the backend was in maintenance mode pending the new owners of SketchBook.
I would go here > right to the bottom and submit a topic.
At this time, ARM processors are using/require a 32 bit versions of SketchBook even though they '64 bit'.
