Sketchbook 32-bit Login Issue

Dear Autodesk Support team,

Thanks for providing the Autodesk Sketchbook 32bit version. However, I’m facing following issues:

1. Sketchbook Pro-7 provided by you, asked for serial number which I never needed before or even now, since I only needed to login with my Autodesk account. Please provide information for activating it.
2. Also, my 32bit system prior to 2019, had a version of sketchbook which got erased when I had to format the system for recovery

The version number there was Sketchbook 8.5. Kindly look into it as it allowed me pro version by just logging in to my Autodesk account. But now since it has been taken off the Windows App Store (32-bit compatibility), I can’t reinstall it.

Please help in either of the above.

Any update on this?  Running into a similar problem due to ARM chip.

Sketchbook has been spun off.  The new team is focused only on SketchBook and it's in great hands.

The original workaround was to use the older 32 bit version of SketchBook for ARM processors but the backend was in maintenance mode pending the new owners of SketchBook.  

I would go here > right to the bottom and submit a topic.

At this time, ARM processors are using/require a 32 bit versions of SketchBook even though they '64 bit'.
