Screen and Icons Stuck in Portrait Mode

My students screen is stuck in Portrait mode. The sides of the program are black and the toolbar at the top is shortened so not all of the icons can be seen unless swiped through. How can I help change the orientation back to landscape so that they can use full screen mode and see all of the tools without it being squished.

What type of Android device are you running and OS is it?  i.e. Android 11, ChromeOS version

Chromebook ChromeOS 85.0.4183.84

The screen is black on both sides and the sketchbook program is very skinny
in portrait mode. The side tool bars take up the screen and the top tools
only show 3 tools. I still can't figure out how to switch it. The computer
is not on rotate or anything like that.
