Custom brush capture with "no color" not working

Hi,

When I want to capture a part of a picture for a custom brush, when I uncheck "Color", nothing appears on the brush and I can't set the default icon

Can you send me the wood texture?  I can try to figure out the exact workflow for you.

Thanks for the wood texture.  That was VERY helpful:

Here is a demo:

There are some additional steps in the video.

Thank you for your answer, but the problem was that I couldn't change the color of the wood texture. I could only use the original color... If i uncheck the "with color", I have nothing...

I don't know if what I'm saying is understandable lol...
