Problem with tiff files

I have a Pro subscription with my Sketchbook Pro and after I save my work (mostly with tiff files) and come back to it later and open it the program tells me that I can only open it flat or open a copy with no layers just like a jpeg. Anyone else having this problem?  Is there a glitch somewhere at Autodesk? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!!

Please login to the app.  It should open the file correctly have you login via My Accounts drop down menu.

Hi-
It still won't open in the tiff format using the drop down menu AND now It says I don't have the Pro subscription (which I do) just the basic standard one. It worked fine on Monday evening and now this. Any suggestions?

The same thing is happening on my account. I have a pro subscription, which I used to make .tif files and after saving them and trying to reopen it only gives me the option to reopen as a flat image.
