Hi,
I'm using a free version of the sketchbook on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7+, I was working on a drawing for about a week that Suddenly it got dissapeared From my Skitchbook for no reasons. The drawing was open all the time, So as soon as I open the app I was able to work on it. Moreover, the app is always Open in my background, and that's why I haven't saved the work!
I checked the Gallery, but I Couldn't find it. Iwonder if there's any way to access my work? Also is there any way to activate the AUTO SAVE in this app? I just Can't believe that it can be vanished forever 😞
Thanks,
Mehrad
You can try to some sample strokes on your device and exit the app and it should recover the file but it is not 'perfect'.
To save and version a file in SketchBook, I would check out step 7 noted here:
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/sketchbook-forum/android-sketchbook-tips-and-tricks/td-p/9385407
On Mac/Windows computer, when you close the app, it will ask you to save a file which is not the behaviour on Mobile apps. I hope that makes sense.
