New FlipBook From Image Sequence refuses to launch

One of the artist here is attempting to create a new flipbook from a set of images and for some reason, clicking on the "New FlipBook From Image Sequence" does nothing in the drop down menu. Any advice or new procedures and workarounds are welcome.

What version of SketchBook are you running?

The artist is on Windows 10, we are on the most recent version :
