I just began sketchbook on a premium subscription. A little while ago my toolbar disappeared, however, i did move some things, but not the toolbar.

I am using the Newest Version of sketchbook and I have a MacBook Air 2016.

Toggle the title bar to be on via the Lagoon.

Please use this version of SketchBook.

Desktop (Full Featured)

www.sketchbook.com/thankyou

UWP (Windows 10 store) - best for tablets - higher UI - No tool bar or Lagoon

www.sketchbookk.com/windows10 - blue button

The best way to do this is to completely quit out of autodesk, when it is removed from your hot-bar, then re-open it in the launch pad.

If you are on Windows 10 (Download: www.sketchbook.com/windows10), it is here:

If you are on the Desktop version of SketchBook (www.sketchbook.com/thankyou), you can show/hide UI elements via the Lagoon.

Go to the Window tab at the top left hand corner of the screen, and select default layer. I had the same problem and I just figured it out!!

iOS version is different form the desktop version.  The iOS/Android version is using a touch capable UI and uses a smaller real estate for UI (lighter than desktop).  The desktop version is also free.

I would watch this video:  http://autode.sk/2nwn2QL

There are some UI elements you can hide via the Lagoon.

You can also move your cursor to the top of the screen to bring down the title bar that has the red/amber/green buttons to bring back SketchBook from full screen mode.
