It keeps stopping.

Hello there, I like using Autodesk Sketch book but theres one thing that's annoying. I use a mobile device but whenever I go into my gallery it says 'Autodesk Sketchbook keeps stopping'. I tried lots of things like restarting the divice (I did it 4 times) and reinstalling the app, but it still says the same thing. How do I fix it?

Hello, today I got the same message when i try to open, just shows a white screen for a second and crash.

I Try restarting the phone, cleaning cache and data, reinstaling. Just keeps crashing.
