Issues with the app

Hi, i have been using this app for a while now on my phone and recently got a new phone a couple of months back. I have an Huawei Y6 2019 EMUI version 9.1.0. 

For the first 2-3 weeks everything was working fine. Then it started closing itself. I unstalled the app and reinstalled cleared data I have tried everything I can an for months now it has continued to do this. When clicking on the app now it opens and closes again within seconds. 

I would love to get this app back up and running on my phone as it is amazing truly the best drawing app I have ever used. 

Would you be able to give me an insight on why it is doing this and give me some help? It would be appreciated.

Try to reset it to default.  I would review the steps noted here:
