I have problem with Autodesk sketchbook on Android device

I have been purchased Autodesk Sketchbook (android os).

The application doesn't work well anymore.

First time, i installed app, i can go through my gallery, That's fine.

Once i created artwork then i go back to my Gallery, the app crashed suddenly

After that, i can't go to Gallery anymore, that means it can't export this file to another format such as PSD

** My device / Galaxy TAB A

Please help, i need this app to work

The Bug still not fixed,

I saw many people complain this matter,

Please fix this bug ASAP or do something to relief this

I have this exact same problem, and now I have lost all my artwork as I can't access my gallery and it crashes every time I attempt to open it, I also can't save or export anything new that I have done.

It is. important to BACKUP the /Autodesk folder to a desktop computer.  Once done, delete /Autodesk folder from phone and reinstall SketchBook from Google Play to see it will work.  

If it does, then you need to re-import it into the SketchBook Gallery.
