Help!

I’m less than a novice using auto desk sketchbook for my iPad Pro. I’m about as tech savvy as a blade of grass. Anyway, I need to know what size to make my canvas on the app so it’s the right size (pixels??) for drawing a comic book page.

every time I start a new drawing it asks for a number or I can do whatever it suggests. I’ve been playing with it bc I’m clueless. I think I’ve set the top number at 8000 and can’t remember what that makes the bottom number.

any advice would be much appreciated.

thanks

Figure out the size you want (inches/cm) and then use this:

It is better to start with a larger resolution and then use SketchBook or Photoshop to down size it to 300 DPI/PPI.

SketchBook on Mac/Windows is also free:  www.sketchbook.com/thankyou
